I've heard they're pretty similar, like historically they even had a connection. VSL#3 is considered the original formulation, so maybe try it if Visbiome isn't cutting it?

From what I understand, VSL#3 is the original formulation, and they're both high-potency. It really comes down to what works for your body, but VSL#3 is specifically for IBS/UC/pouchitis.
